Klethilda Shaw

Director

Klethilda leads the team at Cultured House. She is passionate about working with clients and creating their vision through design. She has immense experience working on residential and commercial projects that stand out in both design and quality. Klethilda focuses on creativity, style and being unique, while keeping the client’s interest and budget in mind.


Klethilda is registered with the Building Practitioners Board in the categories of Domestic Builder and Building Designer. She is a Master Builder Member.

Mark F. Barnachea

Architectural Draftsperson

Mark is an Architectural Draftsman with 10+ years of experience. He has worked on many residential and commercial projects, which makes him very knowledgeable and accurate in design and planning. Mark is also very meticulous with his documentation work, ensuring a smooth and seamless process from start to finish. He has a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) degree and Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural).

Janina Zdziech

Horticulturist & Accounts

Janina is a qualified horticulturist, with 15+ years of experience in designing landscapes. Her passion is to design sustainable gardens using indigenous and native planting as a part of her designs, while creating an attractive theme to suit the home or building. She also has 15+ years assisting with drawings and implementing administration needs. Janina has a Diploma of Horticulture.

Geetha Nareshkumar

Accountant

Geetha is a qualified accounting person, she has 5 + Years of experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping in the Construction Industry and she is a detailed oriented, result -focused bookkeeper capable of maintain accurate transaction records and performing bookkeeping duties. A Professional with good communication and mathematical skills and familiar with accounting principles.


Geetha has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Certified Accounting and Bookkeeping.
